Extended access to care
We offer extended weekday hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (8:00 am – 7:00 pm) and convenient telemedicine appointments—making it easier to get the care you need, when you need it, whether you’re at home, at work, or on the go.
One-stop care: GYN, lab, imaging
Your time and health matter—so we’ve made both a priority. At our location, you’ll find more than just family medicine. We offer on-site gynecology, lab services, and medical imaging—all under one roof within Community Care Physicians (CCP). And because all CCP share a unified electronic health record, your care is not only convenient but seamlessly coordinated every step of the way.
